When used in a cardiovascular circuit, the moonwalker maintains a child's heart rate to reach optimal levels for healthy & age appropriate conditioning. User powered movement allows students of all levels to use this station.

FOR USE IN ABL LAB:

Prior to incorporating learning, the child must demonstrate mastery of the moonwalker movement. Once the student masters the movement, Progressions can be added to layer academics using the flip chart attachment. Flip charts allow the ABL lab facilitator to insert any review sheet desired during the lab session. Attachments allow educators to use the lab as an extension of what they are already working on in the classroom! These stations are designed based on the brain research that supports movement and learning, and highly recommended to review content and to anchor learning.

Movement activities on the ABC Pathways are endless and allow the students to learn the letters of the alphabet kinesthetically. Walking the ABC Pathways Mat, the students are able to kinesthetically trace each letter of the alphabet, while strengthening gross motor skills, eye tracking, and cross lateralization - 3 foundations critical to learning.

CARDIO KIDS BIG FOOT TREADMILL Features:

This treadmill is a favorite with children of ages 7+! The 3.5 horse power motor combined with steel reinforced running frame provides facility operators the ability to work with children up to 300 lbs. This unit comes with all the bells and whistles to help motivate children to be active and fit. Children's computer readout comes standard and provides feedback for children to measure: speed, time, distance and calories. Includes pre-set computer programs. Includes emergency cut-offs for safety. This is specifically sized for children, and recommended for walking.
