The class takes a uniquely active approach by splitting the learning experience into two engaging halves. First, students dive into Spanish vocabulary through singing, hand motions, and colorful wall poster. Then, they hop onto workout equipment for the second half of the class! The philosophy behind this is simple but powerful: when people are physically active, they retain information much better.
