Research and Data Supporting Action Based Learning

 CDC reports on 250 studies supporting the connection between school based physical activity and academic performance. 


After the CDC review, the National Academies of Science dove further into the topic to eventually publish a 503 page report reviewing the evidence on the relationship between physical activity and physical, cognitive and brain, and psychosocial health and development.
